Suppose you are the general manager of the retailer, and you have read about business performance management (BPM) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Apply the concepts of BPM and KPI to this retailer by writing a paper in which you complete the following:

.Create 3–4 possible strategic objectives (strategize) for your firm.

.Identify corresponding strategies (planning) to achieve these objectives,

.Identify KPIs that go along with these strategies. How will you measure your progress?

.Design a mock up for a simple performance dashboard (pictured using a drawing tool such as Microsoft PowerPoint) that will help management monitor performance.

.Make a recommendation of how managers might use this dashboard to act and adjust the firm’s performance.
