I am experiencing racial issues which I reported to upper management. I am experiencing harassment, sexual touching in private areas by a lower level line leader who is Asian. Please help me build my case to the EEOC. I received several write ups in which the upper management violated their own company policy and laws to lead to my termination. The actions are structured and without merits. The HR meetings were biased, predetermined and malicious in structure. I will add the files after I select an expert.
