The values of my organization include honesty, integruity, pleasing customers/client’s and inancial growth and expansion. We focus on making sure each customer is satisfied and will want to book with usor shop with us again and again. We take pride in our flavorful food and delcicious sweets. I want everyone to be ale to have delicious food for a resonable price at their next event or even for their family. The leadership style applied is servant leadership. Servant leadership includes listening, being empathetic, and building a community. Our main goal is to liten to our customers and hear their needs so that we can meet them. Another major goal of ours is to build a community. Eventually we would like to expand and have different locations of restaurants to serve the community. My organization takes pride in having a higherpurpose, which is a characteristic of conscious capitalism. We do this for more than just the money. I actually enjoy what I do and I am good at it. The more passionate about your work you are, the better the outcome will be financially and in even more aspects. Servant leadership affects employee development in a good way because the goal is to build from within so employees are taught to learn more so that they can move up in the company. Servant leadership improves organizational behavior by setting the tone for leaders so that the rest of the team can follow suit.
