I found myself reflecting a lot today, soaking the simple pleasures from watching the nuthatch in the garden to feeling the crisp warmth of peppermint tea. Its exactly what I needed. Trying to work from home with kids (ages 6 and 7) overwhelms me at times. But I have to remind myself not to sweat the small stuff, in the grand scheme of things, I am okay. I am more than okay. We are all okay.
