The Foreign Market Entry Plan reflects, in your judgment, the most effective means of marketing your product/brand in the chosen foreign country market. The choice of market entry strategy is one of the key decisions you will need to address, taking into consideration the specific demands on managerial and financial resources. As marketing manager, you would be expected to gather financial information, present these findings to the board of management and negotiate access to resources. It is critical to document the resources required to implement a proposed marketing plan.
